The Way of the Croissant

I’ve just completed a wonderful spring semester at Ohio State, where I’m in the first year of a PhD in Folklore. I made this presentation for the final class of an excellent course on Tradition (led by Dr Ray Cashman). It’s taken my croissant obsession to the next level.
